PublicAdjusterTool provides an AI-assisted document generation platform designed for licensed public adjusters. The Service generates scope-of-loss reports, demand letters, client update letters, and other insurance claim documents based on information you provide. The Service is intended as a productivity tool and does not constitute legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of all claim information you enter into the Service
• Reviewing all generated documents before submitting them to insurance carriers or any third party
• Ensuring all documents comply with applicable state laws and regulations governing public adjusters
• Maintaining your professional license in good standing in all jurisdictions where you practice
• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Free tier usage is limited to 3 documents and may be modified at any time. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated documents are legally sufficient, accurate, or appropriate for any specific claim. PublicAdjusterTool is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagine Agency, LLC (operator of PublicAdjusterTool) and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to claim denials, regulatory actions, or professional sanctions resulting from documents generated by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

Documents you generate using the Service are yours. You retain full ownership of all content you input and all documents produced. PublicAdjusterTool retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying technology.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, or any activity that harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
