• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics.
• Voice and image data: Audio recordings and photos you upload for voice transcription and damage analysis. These are processed and immediately discarded — we do not store them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Generate the claim documents you request
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Send you account-related emails (welcome, billing receipts, service updates)
• Improve the accuracy and quality of document generation
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Generated documents are stored temporarily in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them. Claim details you enter are sent to our servers only for the purpose of generating the document and are not retained after the document is returned to you. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. We never store your full credit card number.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery for welcome and billing emails.
• Manus Platform: Hosting, infrastructure, and AI model access.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.
